About the Blog Owner

As a Wellness Coach for 30 years, Healing Arts Professional and Meditation Facilitator, bringing myself and others back to a state of wholeness has been a life-long pursuit. Working with people in person, on the phone and online has allowed me to pass on to others much of what I have learned about healing naturally, while continually learning more about the intricacies of real balance.

As more and more people change life styles to include putting essential vitamins and minerals into their system, a greater understanding of being pro-active through prevention emerges. The art of going within and listening to what the body wants begins to shift the mind into a receptive place where feelings can be felt.

After awhile as the heart opens more and more, an expanded Self emerges. At this point the Healing Arts Professional can take clients in hand and work beyond the physical body with emotional, mental and soul levels. Through concentration and eventually meditation, the mind and emotions are trained to be still. Then a new listening can take place. The process of knowing the self continues endlessly!

The tantra of meditation happens when a willed effort is exerted to penetrate into an expanded place of awareness. The mind quiets. Then the balancing receptive energy allows for a download of sorts, or a receiving of an insight, a subtle shift of consciousness, a creative idea or just a greater sense of peacefulness.

There may or may not be an ‘Ah HA!’ The separate parts of the self begin to cohere and come into alignment until the personality and Higher Self are no longer divided and work as one. In this space of the Eternal NOW, a truly creative process can be realized, embodied and blended into the life. Healing results.

Sooner or later we all tap that place out of time and space where the real action is. Instead of staying busy, busy, busy with all the endless details we create in our lives for ourselves, a time comes when we just sit and get quiet.

Nice blog, Cherie. Where can I find more information about the benefits of sea vegetables outside of Life Force? Got any websites? Check out the DVD “Food Matters” at http://www.foodmatters.tv/
